For people duplicating contacts, you need to turn syncing of contacts and calendars OFF in iTunes. Once MobileMe is correct, everything will be cool.

it is out of control. my address book is now up to 78,000 contacts when 700 would be the maximum and everytime I try to correct this nothing happens.

I don’t get why anyone would use mobileme. You can get better/cheaper with google, yahoo, or dropbox, or live. Find my iphone is a dud.

Only gripe I have is that I can’t provide direct links to files in my idisk public folder. this would be a great feature for various forms of social media
