I actually 'listened' to this book on CD & to hear the author read it was enthralling. Not only was it written in a way that pulled me but his voice nailed it!

I loved this book. John Krakauer pretty much turned me into an armchair Mountaineer. This book is also highly debated regarding the account of the 96 disaster.
