demiller
This is the definitive Singularity novel, even more than Vinge's "Marooned in Realtime." There's enough in this one novel to leave you thinking for years.

Didn't like this as much as I thought I would. Some dazzling ideas, but by its nature the story is so fractured it's hard to keep up with.

My first exposure to both Charlie Stross and post-Singularity lit, and I'm hooked. Charlie keeps us entertained while showing us a future we've only dreamt.

Mind-blowing stuff, with enough ideas per page to feel like you're on the mental equivalent of Pop Rocks.

Great post-cyberpunk exploration of the run-up to the Singularity and transhumans.

It's starts really fast, but tends to slow down in the last 3rd. Still great to read though, with a twisted look at the next steps of evolution.

The story of the next 100 years, following the steps of a very dysfunctional family and it's pet AI cat. One of the best singularity novels, very low entropy!
