As great as Jim Lee is, sometimes his art can overshadow the story, and if you look enough at his work, it can start to feel predictable and a little boring.

If you're a fan of ol' Bats, you need to do yourself a favor and read this. Nothing against Frank Miller, but I love what Jeph Loeb does with Batman.
