Big HP fan. First time I read this one, I thought it was the worst of the series, but my second read-through made me like it a lot more.
I’ve read all the seven books in three months and finished the last one last week. I enjoyed it a lot, but this is not my favorite. My favorite is the sixth.
I only read it 'cause I've already had read the other 6 books. But this book was quite different and not really good. The ending was cheesy and poor.
Good for quite a while, then suddenly shait.
This was my favorite of them all. Probably because I love things to get answered.
Good, the perfect way to end the serious, and IN YOUR FACE Harry/Hermoine shippers... but it didn't go anywhere fast. But it still worked, so who cares?
i want to read this. .where can i find the whole story?
Harry and his friends are on the run making this book suspenseful and intriguing. Epilogue is a pleasant full circle as the next era of students go to Hogwart's.
Awesome!! But people died who really didn't need to die!!
Sucked me in from the very beginning to the last word!!
An excellent conclusion to the series. Harry Potter, ftw!

If I'm not mistaken, weren't the "hallows" what Harry needed to overthrow Voldemort and weren't they the whole purpose of his quest and his coming to terms with himself as a wizard and his ancestry?

Yeah, I know it was needed in terms of the story by itself. But it seems like she just made up something for the last book that was pointless in the long run and necessary only for one purpose. I was hoping for something better that spanned the whole series, that didn't seem like it was made up on the spot to fill a plot hole.

decent, but i agree with others that the epilogue was a little weak. the epilogue was undecided between teasing of future stories and wrapping up for fans.
Easily the best book of the series, whish is good considering it's the last one. I thought it was insanely entertaining and it was a great finish to the series.
