I think I cried when I first read this. Not because it was "so great" (which by the way, IT IS) but because it was so perfect I knew nothing would ever top it.

It gets better with each book. Very violent, probably offensive, most definitely blasphemous, thought provoking, smart and powerful, best GN EVER!

This second volume really fleshed the characters out, and introduced some great villains. Garth Ennis is pure genius. Very sordid stuff, I highly recommend it!

This was my favorite volume, for Jesse's backstory. It's so twisted I had trouble getting to sleep that night... I love it when stories can shake me like that.
