Going withe the general theme here, 1st half was amazing, but it did dwindle away and not live up to the opening. Good watch though for anyone!

I love me some Kubrick, but I just couldn't get into this one. And pardon me, but D'Onofrio is just a little too over-the-top. Rewatch The Shining instead.

Like a lot of Kubrick movies, I really liked one part to it, which unfortunately wasn't the entire movie. The first half is great, the 2nd half is not so much.
