When Sarah gets pregnant unexpectedly John flies into a rage. Pulling himself together he proposes to Sarah but an impending marriage and baby is too much for John. He tightens his hold on Sarah embarrassing her with her friends degrading her in front of her parents and humiliating her sexually. Finally Sarah gives up. She breaks up with John and confesses she aborted their unborn child. John snaps. Completely paranoid John becomes convinced that Sarah and Dr. Weiss areinvolved in a twisted conspiracy against him.
