A fair telling of a classic story that's at the core of much of the scifi/fantasy genre. Also, an interesting experiment in a future direction for film making.

I watched this in 3-D, and that was the only good aspect. Fake human animation and a dumb story brought it down. Even a "nude" Angelina Jolie couldn't save it.

I actually didn't know it was CGI when I rented it. So I was a bit surprised. The handling of the story was decent enough. Would not intentionally watch again.

Uncanny valley, ahoy! Got huge cognitive dissonance from seeing a buff Ray Winstone. Story is good as you would expect from an ancient tale, but lacked depth.

Plain action with mythological background and very few plot surprises. 3D animation makes for really creative camerawork and stunning visual elements.
