Not his best but Myers as Austin Powers always makes me giggle. And Heather Graham in her debut scene is hothothot. She makes up for a lot. ;c)

While I feel this is the weakest of the series, that's not to say I don't really enjoy this film still. Mike Meyers is a comedic genius, no matter how immature.
