Lighthearted and full of fun, frenetic action. It's silly without being stupid, and the action scenes are well choreographed. An entertaining successful mix!

A fantastically animated adventure. An eerie fairytale world, with memorable characters, vivid colors, and a very engaging plot. Impressive and very endearing!
=D
It felt like a decent fairy tale told by a subpar storyteller. Or maybe a below average tale told by an okay storyteller. Either way, not very impressive

As if John Hughes and Seth Rogen teamed up to write a book. Surprisingly complex characters with actual depth; this is a well written, quick and HILARIOUS read.

After I finished this book, I immediately read it a second time. It's poignant and wonderful and other-worldly, and I cannot praise it highly enough.

I love Gaiman, but this is a weak book. The world is vivid, but Shadow is utterly without character, without emotion. The literary equivalent of Keanu Reeves.

A hyper-violent, over-the-top, ultimately shallow novel clearly inspired by Bruce Lee films. Think OZ, but set in high school, and without the writing talent

A classic. An exercise in writing simplicity while still maintaining story complexity. A story for children without losing maturity. STILL worth the acclaim.

Post-apoc DC is breathtaking and eerie and often geographically accurate. The gameplay is memorable and character interaction is complex, and the game is FUN.

A satisfyingly enjoyable movie. Excellent voicework, bright colors, and vivid, voracious characters make it worthwhile. But as good as it is, it is no Pixar.
