This film pleasantly surprised me. I laughed out loud on multiple occasions, and the action scenes were well-choreographed and not slapstick like I'd expected.
I like the idea of this film more than the film itself. You have to be totally in the mood for it, and that mood is "ready to be depressed." But worth seeing!
There is something extra in all the parts that you thought you've seen before. Shrapnel is plentiful, torture is harrowing, and being a spy isn't glamorous.
I would say that this controller is the best gamepad available today except the D-pad is nearly unusable as the primary input for a game. It's otherwise superb.
There's a lot of polish in Gears, but what stands out the most is an excellent cover mechanic and a campaign that was built for co-op from the ground up.
Where were the funny Jack Black secenes? Missing. Downey is this movies saving grace...and Tom Cruise bustin' a move is priceless. Otherwise it was just, eh.
I don't know what exactly to expect from a James Bond movie. This one, however, while not strong in plot had some pretty amazing action scenes. See it for those.
Good flick. Reminded me of A History of Violence. Great drama and characters with some incredibly violent events throughout which brings the movie to life.
