dionisio

The epitome of a first-person adventure. The lock-on feature drains some of the skill required but the experience is still unforgettable. Epic boss battles too.

Inspired storytelling and presentation but as a game it's barely there. The hands-off, cinematic approach to control just left me wanting more.

Amazing all around! I'm all for teamwork, Capture & Hold, and vehicles and UT2K4 delivers like no other game since.

Talking to stiff, lifeless NPCs has never been my preference. The combat system was cool and the Star Wars storyline solid, but I just don't dig RPGs.

Looks sharp, but it's boring sci-fi cliche the whole way. It just never got very exciting to me.

Fun for a while but the limited games and repetitive daily grind quickly turns your brain right back into the mush it was before you started.

A wonderfully light strategy game with no combat, almost like Ye Olde SimCity but with competition. Download the trial and stick through the tutorial.

Jack Black, who is usually pretty vulgar tones it down for this family affair and still gets across how much he loves music. Great stuff!

Wonderful strategy game without all the talking and anime cliche of most in the genre. An unexpected but surprisingly fun turn for R-Type!

Get to the core and it's still the same old GTA. Clunky and stale missions, but wrapped in a captivating virtual world that helps ease the familiar repetition.

Not as classic as 'Crusade' but still great fun! A few corny moments but overall great action without going too over the top and an equally epic ending.

Never been a fan of the series and despite the overwhelming fanboy love they put into it I still couldn't enjoy the gameplay with any control scheme. Not for me.

It's like they made a sequel to a movie based on the book that was never released. 80% changed from the novel but still a decent horror flick.

Absolutely compelling. I honestly couldn't stop reading and the what-if's kept coming back to me weeks after I'd finished. Fabulously depressing ending too!

Essential for Star Wars Pod Racer & Perfect Dark, not so great for Rogue Squadron 2. Not sure anymore what else uses it but a great benefit for just those 2.

Haven't seen it since the 90's. I'm sure it's fun now for all its then-high-tech jargon. The kernal! It's the brain! Brain cancer!!

All the cheesy stuff you remember from the cartoon updated with impossible Hot Wheels-style racing and visuals.Good fun, especially for kids.

Best action game for the DS with control equal to the console Ninja Gaidens. Not as difficult but still a great romp, even if it's another remix of the original.

Third time around with more additions than the last 2 versions, this is THE way to play Ninja Gaiden if you haven't already, but vets won't be missing a lot.

Essentially a remix of the original with new weapons and enemies, it adds to the experience and fixes a few bugs. Still a great game with new surprises for vets.

Crushingly hard but infinitely rewarding when you come to grips with the gameplay. An elegant mix of action and fighting game mechanics. Great visuals and story.

All the stuff that made the original NiGHTS so great is broken or watered down for kids here. It's a shame they ruined the androgyny & gave NiGHTS a voice too.

Seeing Jackie Chan doing Druken Style squaring off against Jet Li doing wire-fu is worth any admission or rental price! Fun Kung Fu/Neverending Story adventure.

Pays homage to the classic adventure tale with great characters and humor. Plays good, looks good, and lasts longer than you'd think!

Over the top FPS action with lots of goals (both aggressive and strategic), fun slow-mo moments, and even a few creative innovations!

Irreverently violent and over-the-top send up of American pop culture while at the same time being a creative and original game. Worth playing at least twice.

The gameplay modes and variations seem to get in the way of actually enjoying the music you're hearing which is the last thing a music game should do.

Total letdown on all fronts. My excitement was completely deflated by the return of the Flood and more back-and-forth level design.

A great remote that does a lot for a decent price. The best way to manage your custom soundtracks while still playing a game.

A definite musical experience that everyone who can operate a controller should take, but it's so painfully short!
