What Do You Get?
A thorough online quiz asks you about sizes and preferences, but it’s more specific than most others, including asking you to list favorite brands alongside items you’d never wear. They ask what your wardrobe intentions are: to upgrade your current style, to have appropriate clothes for a business casual office, wanting to look good for your partner, or knowing what you like but not having time to shop.
You may set a budget on specific items, such as how much you’d like to spend on sweaters or t-shirts, for example, to be assured everything in your box is in your price range.
Their algorithm then generates a style profile, but a personal stylist uses that information to choose the items that go into your monthly box. Generally, each box contains two or three items. You may preview the items and have an opportunity to chat with your stylist to make changes if needed. You may also add items to your box that are considered a purchase, like any online shopping. You have 48 hours to confirm before the box is mailed. They ship to all U.S. states and territories, including APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
Once you receive your box you have seven days to try things on and decide what to keep or return. You only pay for what you keep.
Purchased items may be returned for a refund within a 30-day window. Grooming products and underwear may not be returned. Socks may only be returned if they are still in the original packaging.
How Much Does It Cost?
Bombfell charges a $20 styling fee, which is applied to your order if you keep anything. Shipping is free and you only pay for what you keep. Items average about $89 each and you generally receive two or three pieces in each box but may receive more. They offer discounts based on how many items you keep from each box:

- 15% off for three items
- 10% off for two items
The default setting is a monthly box but you can change this to every two or three months, or a box only upon request. You may also suspend the account for a month at a time.
